Ped's repeating bumping (AI) to same obstacles?

Any mod, script, parameter which makes peds dont bump repeatly to same obstacles which blocks his/her way? I mean after ped bump to some obstacle, ped repeat it over again, so im searching for something, that makes ped try different path

i think i might have the same problem but on the first mission of story mode
