Looks like a blackout mod. Try switching it off/on through Menyoo and see what will happen.

@lowtuneduser if you use enhanced native trainer, go into world tab, and set blackout to OFF state.

No Its not the blackout problem, I`ve the trainer and frankly i never use it.
The problem was with the timecycle.
I spent 3 hours installing and reinstalling various mods till i figured it out.
Crystal reality and realism mod are both broken concerning the folder.
