Cars spawning with no fenders or arches

Hey, ive been getting this issue on several cars and i cant quite firgure out how to sort it, when import a vehicle and set it all up, it will load into the server but the fenders and arches will be missin, i then need to go into my lambda menu and select fenders and archers to make them load in, any guesses to what could make it automatically spawn with these on.
