Texture loss

So i downloaded the farmhouse overhaul texture link. Which works great.. so i used map editor to add a bunch of things in oneils ranch house which worked great, well i had it in my head i wanted to change the front door so i deleted it and put a new door on. Well if i have it one way or the other you can see through it and i have texture loss if i walk through it i have texture loss until i jump on a table or get into a car. Now if im in first person i can see everything. So any ideas on how to fix this or am i just sol?
