Install Mods ??

Hello fellas i would like to know if we have to install everything for each mod (drag files into the main gta files ...) or simply drag them into files mod directly ? thank you for the answers

Read the read me file of the mods you downloaded. If no read me is provided check the mod webpage to see if it's listed there. It should tell you where to put everything.
