Special Ped Definition Files OpenIV

Hi, I was wondering if there is a file somewhere within Grand Theft Auo V's data that determines what a special character will look like.
I'm not asking to change how they function or what they say. I'm looking to perhaps change the character's model. This is easily done with peds that use unique models, but not so easy with peds that use common models.
For instance, Ursula uses the female hiker ped. Is there something I can do to change this? Any help would be appreciated.

Unless someone has a better answer, replace a_f_y_hiker_01 with your desired replacement in your mods folder after backing up. Assuming that is correct model and assuming it won't screw up your cut scenes.
