I accidently deleted a rage plugin file in gta v while installing a mod and now when I open GTA it says corrupted file or something

Like the title says I accidently deleted a file and now gta v doesn't work, and when I verify the files it says everything is alright and I tried reinstalling rage plugin hook it still is broken and the file isn't there
