DLC_PACKS pasta is missing

Guys i realy need some help here.
i downloaded open iv, i created the mod pasta and copied x64, upload, all 64x files and the commom.rps into the mod pasta. BUT when i open the 64x pasta there is no dlc_packs pasta in it, instead it has a audio pasta.
do you guys know whats wrong?
