EUP Belts How to rig

Hey,

I made some custom police belts for my FiveM server.
Only problem is a friend told me I have to rig them in zmodeler to get them in game.
Problem is I don't know how to or where to find a good explanation on the correct rigging how to for belts.

Does someone know anything about this or have a good detailed explanation for the correct way for rigging belts?

Would be appreciated!
