VisualV visual glitch

im having this issue after installed VisualV,
https://imgur.com/a/S6QdoBjI dont have any other graphic mod, ENB is turned off, this happens not only to the vehicle but the ground too
my settings is set to very high - ultra
update: turns out it's because of MSAA problem, the amount of pixels reduced after I set MSAA to x2 and it no longer appears after x8 but my fps drops about 5-15fps
update 2: it still appears at x8 but less lol
