Why is the snowball not damaging vehicles? And where can I find the flare .meta file?



  • Hi! I'm learning how to mod weapons and I'm trying to make it so that the snowball can damage vehicles and I've changed a lot of stuff, but can't seem to make it work. I'd be thankful if anyone could help me.

    Also, does anyone know where I can find the Flare (https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Flare) .meta file? I can't find it on OpenIv
