Blue stars and red streaks in night sky (bug?)

I recently installed QuantV and then uninstalled it due to performance and I don't remember seeing this sky bug at night. I can't find anybody else who's had this bug. Photo

That occurs when you don't use ENB. Everyone that uses Quant without ENB will experience this.
