Red Dots and Black & Red Map

Recently, I've gotten some free time and have gotten some modding done on gta 5. I have recently run into a problem of where I have some random red dots moving around on my map. I have recently been installing different car mods and have noticed that some if not all of my cars have disappeared except for the one that is nearby. If you have any idea of what it could be that I may be missing or need to add to ensure things run smoother. Please feel free to drop below or tag me.

Red dots on the minimap is an enemy, thats a normal part of gameplay. With regards to cars disappearing, the game will naturally despawn vehicles once they are out of range to reduce memory load. You need a vehicle persistence mod if you plan to leave cars around the map to return to later.
