Select the door with menyoo, enable the option 'dynamic'. This would make the doors working.

@CBG-Finest-205 The issue with the doors in Menyoo is normal. Menyoo is a terrible way to make a "house". Map Editor is just as bad. You should learn how to make a MLO interior if you want to make a house. But if you absolutely must make a house using props for everything, I would recommend CodeWalker.
