Jeans not showing up for me....

I have bought mod clothes from people and most load up no problem but once in awhile I will get jeans or a shirt, or different hairstyle and the mod doesn’t show up in my MP clothes menu. The person I purchase from is reliable n I have brought from them before, and even some clothes mods from this site I won’t be able to find ingame. Anybody else have this issue and know any fixes or errors I might be doing? Any help is very much appreciated
