PED / CHARACTER MOUTH and FACIAL ANIMATIONS

Hey everyone,

Is there anybody who are able to make mouth move or talk?

I have a character who replaces Franklin but the mouth does not move.

I don't know how complicated it could be however willing to pay money in order for this character to speak and have facial animations like Franklin.

Let me know if any suggestions and modders who could be able to help.
