ASILOADER not allowing GTAV to start.

I have a legal version of GTAV on Steam and I've recently reinstalled it for fun. I decided to install some simple mods, 'Enhanced Native Trainer' and 'ScripthookV' and for some reason it would not start my game. I would press play on Steam, the Rockstar Game Launcher would sign me in and then nothing. It didn't start the game up and just instead the Rockstar Game Launcher just closed. After some testing I realised that it was only because of the AsiLoader being active in OpenIV. Please help.
