Possibly a LOD issue. In 'vehicles.meta', pick a vehicle you are having issues with & then test setting these values & see if it fixes it?

vehicles.meta:

<lodDistances content="float_array">
        500.000000
        500.000000
        500.000000

      </lodDistances>

You can edit & optimise each '500' LOD level value after you confirm it works.
Basically, you want them as low as possible, but without any parts of vehicles disappearing.
