I am trying to figure out this feature as well. Where is the sound-cancelling windows / interior added in for luxury cars? i.e. Cognoscenti, Windsor

It is hardcoded to those cars only, unfortunately. There's no way to implement that to an addon. Best you could do is replace the cognoscenti model to the car you want. Oh yeah, and the windsor doesn't have it actually
