People driving suv's keep coming to my location after im done with character and vehicle (about 10 seconds after)they wont stop coming they try to kill me and no matter what they keep coming how do i fix this?

Hello fellow people so i have this problem with lspdfr gta 5 you see when i launch my game and load eveything like my car and character 10 second after i do that.People in SUV's keep coming to my location they wont stop spawning when I kill them they come back anyone know how to fix this?

1st up this is not a glitch/bug its part of story mode just keep doing missions n stuff until you drop off ms madrazo (the mehico) as trevor then quick save on phone and try lspdfr again
