How to keep damage and blood from fading on peds....

Hey, I've seen this with 'zombie' mods and for the life of me I can't figure it out. There are 'damage packs' in Menyoo, but they fade over time and I've found no control to stop that. Most likely it's a script (crap!) But, if any of you know a mod or a workaround, I'd be much obliged.
