Clothing texture not appearing

Hi, i've had this issue happen before, but was able to fix it by setting the files as an accs, but in this case it isn't working. My problem is that the texture for certain clothing pieces aren't loading nor are hairstyles loading up anymore that I try to put in, they appear invisible in-game when set as ped_hair_spiked or ped_hair_cutout which is weird because those settings worked for hair before, also I can get them to show up with settings like ped_ped but then I won't be able to change the color but otherwise they are invisible.
For clothing I usually set it as either ped_ped or ped_default and it shows up fine but certain models don't show up at all, I use zmodeler3 for clothing and hair mods btw most of the time.
