visual v error

Hi guys so I recently downloaded visual v and my ELS lights were not bright so I edited the visual settings.dat and changed the car.def to 1500.00 and as you can see in the pictures there is a error if you know how to fix this please let me know I would really appreciate it screen shots:(https://imgur.com/a/mP5tjMX)

@gruppe6 Whatever you did it was wrong you have to change these:

car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on
car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on

Higher numbers equal brighter lights
Do keep in mind taxi lights and train lights will get brighter to fixable with a modified texture.
