Need help with multiple liveries on GTA vehicles

Hello! I recently created a template for the Stratum that I want use on my FiveM server. It works fine for a single livery, but I cannot get the multiple liveries to work. I am new to this stuff, but I know that one essential thing is to have the FLAG_HAS_LIVERY enabled in the vehicle.meta file. I also have a car variation file that I believe would work. I have been trying to get this to work for a few days now and spent lots of hours researching and trying to solve the issue. Any help would be appreciated!
