Game stuck on infinite loading screen when trying to load online maps (please help)

So i'm trying to play in the new tuner dlc interiors but whenever i try enabling online maps, my game gets stuck on the loading screen where my screen is frozen but I can hear the sound of my game. If anyone could help me out, that would be awesome
