error 404 page when viewing websites in sp

so i just started using the stock market in story mode and for some reason whenever i click on lcn-exchange or any other website it says error 404. i was able to click on and view them just a couple of days ago. the next day i got the error. i can only load the home page i only get the error on websites. i have a lot of mods installed and i dont know if thats the problem i also haven't installed a mod in quite sometime. help would be much appreciated
