YMaps aren't loading

I used to have ymaps working perfectly fine with custom maps dlc and map builder. all of the ymaps worked earlier. but one day when i installed the vice cry mod for gta v, which is 2gb, my game crashed. i knew it crashed because of my low pc specs or my low version of gta v (1.1180.2/Online 1.41). but when i tried to uninstall the mod, i saw that it also replaced my dlc list.xml and gameconfig.xml. i replaced both of them with my previous xmls and added some more entries in the dlc list. the entries were of the mods that were in the dlc packs folder but not in the dlc list. after i did this the game was working fine as before, but then my ymaps stopped working. even add on ymap packs did not work. can anybody help? should i remove some entries from the dlc list? pls tell
