GTA 5 Sound Mods (Online)

Hello,

I am completely new to GTA 5 Modding and stuff. I just came across this mod right here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/other-turbo-sound

And I noticed that I can't launch GTA Online with this one. Is there a way to play online tho with some trick ? Or is it impossible to launch GTA Online.

@i7d impossible, and it could get you banned. modding is only for singleplayer (and modded gta 5 multiplayer like fivem)
