Granger Police Spawn

So, I use the Grand Theft Auto 5.5 mod and it ends up removing the 2 police officers that spawn outside the SUV Police at high wanted levels, I would like to know what would be the specific file/line related to this so I can change and fix this problem/bug

Most likely:'vehicles.meta' :
...\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta
Find fbi2 section & check '<layout>' line.
If different, change to this:
<layout>LAYOUT_RANGER_SWAT</layout>Same for 'sheriff2' if it has same issue
