RageMP with mods

Hello everyone, I'm new to Gta V modding. I tried to change the skydome by watching a tutorial. I think it worked, but I have a problem where I play RageMP and trying to join a server it launches Rockstart games launcher and then "updates" when it actually just reverses modified file to normal gta V file. Any idea how to bypass or stop this?
