Overwrite GTA Handling Car Meta on Alt:V

Hello,

on RAGE:MP you can simply load a dlc.rpf with a Handling.meta inside of it to Overwrite the GTA Cars Handling/speed etc. etc.

Is there a way to do the same on ALT:V? I tried to load a resource with the Handling.meta inside of it. But it has no effect.

If there is any idea i would be delighted if someone can help me out.
