Realistic Weapons sounds v4.6 Error Loading Package

Basically I'm tryna install the realistic weapons sounds mod by MvcGyver, TheMonotoneScone, XYZ_Gaming. but when I place the default version of the mod into open iv I am greeted with an error that says "error loading package, package file does not exist please check log file for details" any help in fixing this would be appreciated.
