Stop panels from falling off mod?

Hello everyone,

i was wondering if there's a mod, which prevents wings/fenders and other parts falling off vehicles? i find it rather annoying, as i like deformation mods ect, but in reality if you drove into someone's car, their wing/fender would crumple and not simply break off like it does in game.
I've never made a mod before, but of there was someone kind enough to make a mod like this, i'm sure there would be a lot of people who would appreciate it.

@Jamezzz666 There are handling Mods that actually change the vehicles deformation as an example killatomate does it pretty well
