Need help understanding: Clothing mods FiveM.

Usually, I'm the last person you would find asking questions on the forums, but after exhausting hours and hours of searching here I am. I currently run a FiveM / FivePD GTA 5 PC Server.
Here's the situation:
Last night, I found an enormous San Andreas Fire/EMS uniform pack and I got it downloaded. Before anyone asks, yes, I backed our Eup-stream folder up locally first hehe. Anyhow, I installed the files into the server and it turned out it overwrote several of our Highway Patrol shirts and messed up our Eup-UI configuration entirely. I did however notice that the short sleeve variant of the long sleeve highway patrol uniform was really the biggest issue. It replaced all the textures with the EMS/Fire Department textures but no longer had the highway patrol texture.
The next step of course was going back to a backup of the folder and reverting all the changes. So we got everything fixed. I was then able to determine which models I believe are used. We've got:
mp_m_freemode_01_male_apt01^jbib_007_u.ydd (nametag and regular shaped police badge)
mp_m_freemode_01_male_apt01^jbib_010_u.ydd (nametag and star shaped police badge)Problem: I haven't been able to figure out how to see a fully rendered model with textures in openIV, is there a way to do that?
Problem: How do you add more textures to a model file so that when you hit enter in the game it switches between a selection of textured models?
I'm figuring if I can find the model textures from the recently downloaded pack, I could simply extract them from the .ytd and add them to the current model texture list. Is this possible and how do you do it?

@6K-40-Rio i can't answer all your questions but you can extract textures from ytd or embedded in yft from OpenIV and use the texture toolkit or the rpf explorer. To modify textures you need imaging software that handles dds natively or with a plugin.
I dont believe you can see all models fully rendered in OpenIV but i could be wrong. I think in the yft you just see at least the model and possibly the embedded textures if any. However i have seen props like tables fully rendered in 3D with textures mapped so it might depend on the model, don't know what you're trying to view specifically as i dont use those mods.

Appreciate the response, I ended up really spending the last 6 hours meticulously going through the files and discovered that around 120 of the model files were outdated and weren't labeled appropriately in comparison to today's standards for the EUP. Unfortunately, this means that we'll have to go through each model (the ones we're trying to add) and compare them to what our server has, make sure they are the same model and if not, find the right model, and rename the .ytd files so they are attached to the right model in our files. I'm not sure I want to do all that though to be honest, that seems ridiculously tedious. If it weren't for such a lack thereof of nice Fire/EMS and Medical content for the FivePD/FiveM server, I'd probably just tell people to use their imagination lol. However, we had plans on an open CivRP / FivePD setup, so we kinda really need these uniforms. I did find another package I may opt to try installing just to see if it doesn't overwrite our current eup-ui setup but we'll see. I'm burned out tonight and ready to go shoot bad guys instead lol.
