remove character and just rotate a camera?

I'm creating a mod in which some characters interact, which I will record. I am hoping to remove the main character so you just see what's happening otherwise. Ideally the camera would orbit around a fixed center point and watch the action. Any ideas?

@prismspecs you need a script camera and you can make the player invisible and that would work with OBS but don't know if R* editor would allow player to be invisible or not, assuming you want to record that is.
