Fame or Shame mission broken. Auditions were disrupted

For some strange reason, with every time I approach the Fame or Shame stadium while entering the carpark, the mission fails regardless of what I do, the reason; "Auditions were disrupted". I have reverified all files through steam, didn't seem to work.
