Time Freeze Mod [Any New Ones?]

GTA V really needs a 'freeze time' mod where we can "pause" the game during action and use the camera controls to rotate, use filters etc. (i.e. photo mode) to take some amazing screenshots.
I searched for a freeze time mod and only saw this from 2016 - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/freeze-time-beta.
Apparently it has a lot of bugs so it's essentially useless.
Is there a new(er) mod that does this without bugs/problems? Would really like a freeze time mod in this game - would make for some incredible screenshots.
