SIMPLE TRAINER ISNT WORKING. PLS HELP

HI, i currently have two trainers installed, enhanced native trainer and menyoo. my game version is 1.1180.2, online 1.41. when I try to install simple trainer, scripthookv shows a 'native error' something, and my game freezes on loading screen. pls help

@WGotch07 I can update the game. And i also have the epic games gta 5 premium edition but i cant install it because it lags because of my pc specs. So sadly i cant do anything
