Exterior interior problem

Hi everyone so I recently got a interior but unfortunately it’s for fiveM and I wanted to know is there away of putting it in single player I tried by watching a video and the exterior became blurry and inside was invisible other videos I watched kept telling me about 3ds Max and building from scratch is there a easier way that I can get this working I tried the following

DLC pack creator
Adding file name to dlc list
Openiv adding all the ydd ytd ytyd ybn etc etc files

That’s when the previous issue happened that I mentioned earlier any help or advice will be much appreciated
