Many scripts I download and install don't work.

Alright, so I have installed these following scripts, however none of them work in game. I can press the key to activate them til my finger stops existing and it still wouldn't show up in game:
JulioNIB scripts work just fine, I have a bunch of them installed, I have the latest scripthookvdotnet from here and the latest scripthookv and OpenIV with all 3 components installed.

UPDATE: Couple days have passed and I now just realized my scripthookvdotnet was in the wrong place, Disregard this! If anyone else has this problem or come accross this post, always make sure scripthookvdotnet is always in the GTA V directroy.
