Car spoiler not working as should

Hello, everyone. I ran into a spoiler problem. I wanted to make a spoiler like Comet 6, but the problem is that it doesn't work. I did everything exactly like the comet, but the spoiler is not mentioned anywhere in the meta files, and it only works in the game when replaced, and there is no dlc in its own.
