Gta Map and Pause Menu Wont Load

Hey guys so at first out of memory popup was the problem and then I fixed all of that. Once I got into my game, the pause menu just takes forever to load and doesn't load. The map wont show and the game is just acting wonky. New to modding I need help please!

@rickylil7 You haven't told us much. What version of the game (tuner update?), steam or epic, which mods do you have installed. The fact you had a memory popup is not a good start. Do you have a PC with enough power to run a modded game, how many mods do you have installed and which ones. Etc. I know if my game is running out of memory, when I've loaded way too many active mods, the pause menu will definitely slow down but still work.
