A guide for the proper installation of addon vehicles.

As the title says really.....
I read readmew and guides on how to add vehicles etc.
But then I keep reading that you have to do so and so to "dlcpacks" and don't do so and so to "vehupdate???.meta" blah blah blah.Could someone with experience tell me in plain simple terms how to take a selection of vehicles (let's say from the "vehicles" section of gta5.com)
Put them into what I assume will be a dlcpack....ive seen tools on here about dlc pack creation
Abd yes basically that's it . Just some help really
Oh and then have them spawn in game randomly.

Is there a way to combine multiple vehicles into one dlc pack? I mean custom vehicles
