Not sure what you mean by "erreur serveur", but if you can see it on your screen, you can take a screenshot of it

I asked what he is playing because I have trouble understanding how hitting PrintScreen or F12 will cause a server error. I've never seen a server error in SP, so wondering if it is MP? Also, if he is using a third party screen capture tool it might be using a strange hot key, but again causing a server error? seriously? Unless he's telling you that the server is down and he can't play at this time.

& your 'mods' folder 'graphics.ytd':

So we've ruled out visualsettings.dat/graphics.ytd/all timecycle files. I installed all your files at the same time as well as testing individually & no glowing ball streetlights for me.-
Do you have ENB installed? (send me your 'enblocal.ini' & 'enbseries.ini' if so. Also test disabling ENB in-game & see if the effect goes away)

Have you, or a mod you have installed, ever edited any of the streetlights in 'v_traffic_lights.rpf'?

Send me your 'v_traffic_lights.rpf' anyway, even if not edited, just in case there is some sort of error in it etc.
If no 'x64h.rpf' in your 'mods' folder, send me the one from here instead:

Additional Questions:
- Does it affect all streetlights or just some?
- What visual mods do you have installed? (VisualV, NVR, any ENB/Reshade etc. List anything that affects visuals )
- When did it start happening? What mods had you installed recently before that?
- If you rename your 'mods' folder to something else temporarily (rename it back after) & load the game, are there still glowing ball streetlights?

- Was ENB or Reshade active at the same time or disabled? If enabled, try disabled.
- Any scripts installed? If so, try renaming 'scripts' folder temporarily & test again.
- Try verifying integrity of your vanilla files & download new ones if needed.
