Can't enter purchasable garages in single player

I purchased the Vinewood garage with Michael for 30k and the Grove Street garage with Franklin for 30k. When I try to enter either one of the garages my game will lock up on the character attempting to enter the garage without success. It does not freeze though because I can press start and reload my save (which is the only way to fix the issue other than restarting the game). Has anyone experienced this type of issue before? Here is a list of the mods I have installed.

NVE Single player package + Gameconfig that comes with it so I can have more cars
Menyoo
Script Hook V
Heap Adjuster
Car Add-on menu
Various car mods which I don't think would cause the issue

Any help would be appreciated.
