Blower Sound For Duke O' Death Car

Hi all,
Has anyone noticed that the Duke O' Death car in GTA V has no blower sound? However, if you buy/steal a car which is capable of having one fitted, the blower sound exists. I've taken a thorough look on the website for the blower sound effect for the Duke 'O Death car without success. With this in mind, would someone please create a mod which gives the Duke O' Death car the blower sound effect it rightfully deserves?
