Simple Trainer Locked Vehicle Slots

Hello everyone....
I have an issue with my Vehicle Slots in Simple Trainer. They say that they are all locked. How do I unlock them? I have provided my trainer text doc here for any further help. Thanks. I am trying to install it with the fire department mod for GTAV thanks.
