I don't know if anyone requested this. I looked in the forum but didn't not see any similar requests. Some car enthusiasts surely have heard about Frank Stephenson, if not he designed Ferrari Enzo and McLaren P1 for example. I stumbled on his video on YT.
He made a GTA V like car using inspiration from several car designs and created Frankenstein.
