Script Hook V not working

I have played GTA V with mods before
I installed it again, and downloaded the SH V files, installed them as instructed and start the game but hitting F4 does nothing, I thought it was EAI but we have done all possible troubleshooting including starting the game with only SH installed but no matter what, it will not work

Which versions of of SHV and SHVDN are you using? Where, in what folder, did you install them? What are you trying to run from the console? This is the simplest install you can have, they go where GTA5.exe is, provided you have the proper versions.
