Gta 5 OpenIV installation

I have installed OpenIV successfully. When I installed that asi plugins in OpenIV, I opened GtaV again and it opened successfully. But now when I have installed this Lamborghini Sian mod or any other vehicle mod, the game loads up to the Devin Weston screen and then closes or simply crashes.
I have followed the Readme file of every mod but then also the game crashes.

How can I fix this?

@deadly_joker you need a custom gameconfig to be able to load any vehicle mod
